Writer. Educator. Creator. Collaborator. Theatre Person.

Learning is my passion, and it has led me to developing critical and practical skills that have helped me become the professional I am today.

As a writer, I love the challenge of tackling new subjects, creating content that is engaging and optimized for reaching a larger readership, all while learning along the way. 

Writing for multiple brands and identities has helped me hone the art of writing with a variety of brand voices, each authentically styled to appeal to an ideal audience of readers and customers.

Two degrees in theatre have taught me the value of storytelling, collaboration, practice, and the art of saying "Yes, and..." to any idea brought to the table. I'm also a published playwright with a passion for providing opportunities for young people to tell stories relevant to their own lives.

While in graduate school at University of Central Florida, I honed my academic writing and research skills. In my final year, I was awarded the Order of Pegasus, the university's most prestigious award in exemplary performance and academic achievement. 

After graduating in the thick of the Covid-19 pandemic in spring 2020, I transitioned into the classroom, teaching middle school theatre at Howard Middle School Academy of Arts. I also took on the role of Magnet Coordinator, ensuring the school maintained its magnet status, maintaining handbooks for students and staff, and applying for program certifications. 

In 2023, I started writing full time for Rokee & Co., a company that manages blog writing and SEO for independent photographers around the world. In this role, I learned the basics of SEO and the skills of writing for multiple brands, adapting to different tones, styles, and vernacular. 

The skills I learned writing for Rokee & Co. helped prepare me for my position as Creative Blogger for Rosen Hotels & Resorts. In this current role, I write for ten unique entities, including seven hotels, Rosen Aquatic & Fitness Center, Rosen Medical Center, and Rosen Weddings. 

When I'm not writing, I love creating new projects for my hand-sewn crafting brand, Stitch & Citrus, as well as exploring Orlando with my husband and our two young sons.
